Ninh Binh, January 10, 2026 – The BRIGHTPARK Amusement Park Complex was officially inaugurated in Ninh Binh Province. The launch marks a significant new milestone in the strategic development of the Legend Valley Country Club's integrated sports, tourism, and leisure ecosystem, contributing to the realisation of Ninh Binh's vision for sustainable tourism in its new phase of growth.

The grand opening ceremony was graced by the presence of Ms. Dinh Thi Lua, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Ninh Binh Provincial Party Committee, and Mr. Nguyen Anh Chuc, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee and Vice Chairman of the Ninh Binh Provincial People’s Committee. The event also welcomed delegates from provincial departments and agencies, leadership of Nguyen Uy Ward, representatives from travel service companies, strategic partners, and distinguished guests.

The ceremony unveiled a dynamic experiential arena, featuring vibrant Carnival parades and the debut of BRIGHTPARK’s beloved mascots, ZeZe and Zee. They ushered visitors into a multifaceted entertainment complex, an all-in-one destination seamlessly blending entertainment, exploration, physical activity, relaxation, and social connection.

The event created a vibrant experiential space with colorful Carnival parades and the appearance of BRIGHTPARK’s mascots, ZeZe and Zee, guiding visitors into a multiterrain adventure world where entertainment, physical activity, relaxation, and connection converge in a single destination.

Addressing the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Anh Chuc, Vice Chairman of the Ninh Binh Provincial People's Committee, underscored: "The official inauguration of the BRIGHTPARK Amusement Park Complex makes an important contribution to the sustainable development of tourism and the broader socio-economic growth of Ninh Binh Province."

The opening of BRIGHTPARK is expected to stimulate the local service and commercial sectors. By extending visitor stays and increasing tourist expenditure, the complex will boost provincial budget revenues, generate substantial employment for the local workforce, and thereby enhance social welfare in Ninh Binh.

Furthermore, he recognised Legend Valley Country Club's commitment to sustainable development throughout the project's execution and affirmed the effectiveness of the collaborative model between local authorities and enterprises in attracting high-quality tourism investment.
