Hanoi, January 16, 2026 – Madame Nguyen Thi Nga, Chairwoman of BRG Group, and the Group itself were honoured with the Prime Minister’s Certificate of Merit. This prestigious award recognises their exceptional contributions to the national emulation movement “Joining Hands to Eliminate Temporary and Dilapidated Housing in 2025.”

The dual awards underscore the long-standing dedication and significant contributions of both the leader and the corporation to social welfare, solidifying their role as an exemplary corporate citizen dedicated to national development.

For over three decades under Madame Nguyen Thi Nga’s leadership, BRG Group has not only achieved significant business milestones and established a pioneering presence across diverse sectors but has also ingrained social responsibility as a core principle guiding all its operations.

Responding to the Prime Minister’s call to eradicate temporary and dilapidated housing, Madame Nguyen Thi Nga directed BRG Group and its subsidiaries to implement extensive housing support programs. These initiatives resulted in the construction and renovation of more than 3,756 homes for underprivileged families across multiple provinces and cities, including Ha Tinh, Nghe An, Thai Nguyen, Hoa Binh, Hanoi, Dien Bien, and Khanh Hoa.

In a significant initiative, BRG Group launched major housing support programs for low-income and disadvantaged households across the provinces of Nghe An, Ha Tinh, and Thai Nguyen, with a total commitment of VND 100 billion. The funding is allocated as follows: VND 50 billion to build 1,000 homes in Ha Tinh, VND 10 billion each for 200 homes in Nghe An and Thai Nguyen, and an additional VND 30 billion for the construction of 856 “Great Unity” houses in Hoa Binh province.

Executed with remarkable determination and efficiency, all 1,000 homes in Ha Tinh were completed and handed over within just over 300 days, ahead of the storm season, providing safety and stability for thousands of families and creating strong momentum for local poverty reduction efforts.

Beyond this nationwide housing campaign, BRG Group, under Madame Nguyen Thi Nga’s stewardship, has consistently been at the forefront of initiatives in healthcare, education, culture, poverty alleviation, social welfare funds, and disaster relief across Vietnam.
