BRG Group honoured for the Fifth Consecutive Year as a Leading Sustainable Enterprise in Vietnam

Hanoi, December 5 – At the "A New Chapter of the Green Era" ceremony, announcing the 2025 Sustainable Businesses, BRG Group was again honoured in the Top 100 Sustainable Enterprises for Trade and Services.

The accolade, part of the Corporate Sustainability Index (CSI) program organised by the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI) under government direction, reaffirms the Group’s enduring commitment to integrating robust business performance with substantive social responsibility and community engagement.

The Corporate Sustainability Index (CSI) Program is a national initiative, led by the VCCI under Government mandate, to evaluate and recognise sustainable enterprises in Vietnam. The program employs the CSI framework, which is built upon four core pillars - Economic, Environmental, Social, and Governance, to identify, honour, and promote businesses that successfully embed sustainable practices into their core operations. This initiative plays a pivotal role in fostering a responsible, inclusive, and sustainable business community.

In its milestone 10th implementation year in 2025, the CSI Program conducted assessments against a rigorously updated set of 145 criteria. This comprehensive framework not only mandates adherence to standards of governance, transparency, and the rule of law but also actively encourages innovation and advances social and environmental stewardship through its advanced indicators. This year, the program attracted over 500 enterprises from across the nation to submit dossiers for assessment.

BRG Group's success in meeting these stringent benchmarks for the fifth consecutive year among the “Top 100 Sustainable Enterprises in Trade and Services” validates the effectiveness of its long-term sustainability strategy. It also solidifies the Group's position as a pioneer in responsible business practices, contributing positively to Vietnam's socio-economic fabric.

The Group has proactively implemented ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) principles, enhanced managerial transparency, and invested in digital transformation and fostered partnerships in science and technology. Concurrently, the Group prioritises its workforce of over 22,000 as the foundation for long-term growth. This is reflected in its focus on employee welfare, a safe and equitable workplace, while placing a strong emphasis on high-quality training and professional development.

Beyond economics, BRG Group maintains a strong focus on social responsibility and community welfare. The Group consistently spearheads charitable and social initiatives, including building charity houses and solidarity houses, supporting the "Fund for the Poor," funding scholarships “For Vietnamese Children”, and aiding educational programs and disadvantaged communities.

Most recently, BRG Group, in collaboration with SeABank and its ecosystem members, contributed VND 5 billion through the Vietnam Fatherland Front Central Committee to support disaster relief and recovery efforts for affected communities. Additionally, alongside North Hanoi Smart City, it donated VND 2 billion to the "Hanoi Fund for the Poor and Social Welfare," bringing its total recent contribution to VND 7 billion.
