With the dedication of giving the best to Hanoi, for the last 10 years BRG Group has been assigned by the government and Hanoi authorities as the investor to formulate a 1/500 detailed plan for the entire area of the Nhat Tan-Noi Bai route, with a total area of 2080 ha including four main sections with a total length of around 11.7 km.

It is a desire of BRG Group to contribute to Hanoi while ensuring the city avoids being downgraded in any way by small and spontaneous projects. By following the plan, Hanoi can become a modern city on par with other major cities in the developed world, in accordance with Hanoi Capital Development Strategy and the Capital Construction Master Plan until 2030 with a vision towards 2050, which has been approved by the Prime Minister.

Under the direction of Hanoi People's Committee and Hanoi Department of Planning and Architecture, BRG Group cooperated with Hanoi Urban Planning Institute, and the Vietnam Urban Planning and Development Association established a council for selection of planning ideas on both sides of the Nhat Tan-Noi Bai route. The council, including leading experts on urban planning, have worked together to provide requirements for consultants to create planning as a gateway connecting Hanoi and Vietnam with the world. It wants Vietnam to have not only a national identity but become sustainable not only in planning architecture, but also in technology application. The purpose is to promote the socio-economic development of Hanoi and of the country, while helping Vietnam become more active in international cooperation and integration.
