BRG Group received the 2022 Thang Long Cup honoring its contributions to the development of the Capital

On the evening of November 10 at the Hanoi Opera House, BRG Group was awarded the 2022 Thang Long Cup by the  People’s Committee of Hanoi honoring typical enterprises that have made great contributions to the development of Hanoi.

The People’s Committee of Hanoi has awarded the 2022 Thang Long Cup to BRG Group and 15 other typical enterprises in recognition of their outstanding contributions in production, business, science and technology, environmental protection, efficient employing labor, social security, and active support for the building and growth of the city. This is a deserving realization for BRG Group for its continuous contributions for the Capital in 2022.

 BRG Group’s representative donated VND 500 million to the 2022 Hanoi’s Fund for the Poor

One of the most important projects of BRG Group is the North Hanoi Smart City, a joint venture with Sumitomo Corporation from Japan. North Hanoi Smart City, which has received a total investment of up to 4.2 USD billion, is anticipated to establish a new symbol of vitality, modern and high-end living conditions, and become the breakthrough for the future economic development of Vietnam and Hanoi in particular.

For many years, social security and charity activities have always been the top priorities of BRG Group with many meaningful programs such as the “Swing for the Kids” golf tournament, the Fund for Hanoi children, and varied sponsorship programs like “A couple of leaves of love”, “SeABank Run for Future”... 

At the beginning of 2022, Sumitomo Corporation, with the collaboration of BRG Group, implemented the “Smart Life Station” model at the Le Grand Jardin apartment complex (Long Bien district) in order to provide residents with a communal living space, healthy lifestyle, creative education, and mutual support.

In July, BRG Group and the Vietnam Association for Women Entrepreneurs (VAWE) also signed an agreement to help Hanoian women-owned businesses in distribution and retail sectors. In the mid-October, BRG Group also gave VND500 million to the Hanoi’s Fund for the Poor People in response to the Prime Minister’s project “For the poor people and the social security of Hanoi”, promoting the good tradition of solidarity and the spirit of “mutual solidarity and mutual love” of the nation.

Meaningful activities have helped BRG Group win numerous significant prizes, including the 2021 Certificate of Excellence of Hanoi, the 4^th Vietnam’s construction brands award, the Labour Medal of the President (Third class)… The 2022 Thang Long Cup continues to stand out as another important milestone for BRG Group’s contribution in favor of the sustainable values of the capital.
