In Tokyo, Japan, on 5th June, 2017, - Within the framework of Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc\'s official visit to Japan, a cooperation agreement on the development of a Nhat Tan - Noi Bai urban project was signed between the Hanoi City People\'s Committee, BRG Group and Sumitomo Group (Japan) and witnessed by the Prime Minister.
